If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the Extension.
Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
Nature of the Extension – Automation Tool Only
Quick Emails is strictly an automation and productivity tool.
- The Extension does not provide legal, business, or compliance advice.
- The Extension does not determine legality, compliance, accuracy, or appropriateness of communications.
- All actions are initiated and executed solely by the user.
- You retain full responsibility for how the Extension is used.
No Affiliation, No Agency, No Responsibility
- Use of the Extension does not create an agency, partnership, employment, or fiduciary relationship.
- Koast Logistics LLC does not supervise or control user activity.
- You are solely responsible for email content, recipients, frequency, intent, and legal compliance.
Absolute Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Emails and Koast Logistics LLC shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including lost profits, account suspensions, regulatory fines, lawsuits, data loss, or reputational harm.
User Assumes All Risk
Use of the Extension is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for verifying legality, compliance, accuracy, and suitability before use.
No Warranties
The Extension is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
No Refund Policy (Strict)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, no exceptions.
Subscription & Billing
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing. Failure to cancel is not grounds for a refund. Disputed charges may result in access termination.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Emails and Koast Logistics LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from use of the Extension.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time without notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in that jurisdiction.
Final Acknowledgment
By using the Extension, you accept these Terms and assume all risks associated with use.
